James Nyango, at the Plateau State High Court, over alleged Libelous Publication against his person, has been adjourned again, to the 5 th of December 2024 for Case Management Conference again. At the hearing of the suit yesterday, the Defendant served four (4) processes including the answers to the CMC form on the Claimant’s Counsel, C. I. Paul (Esq), who was leading J. Y. Gwom (Esq) and another. Other processes include a Motion for Preliminary Objection to the suit, at about 10.9am. The Claimant’s Counsel had applied for an adjournment to enable him respond/react to the processes. But, he however made the Court presided over by Hon. Justice N. The women made this fight a priority, after a One-Day Engagement Programs with leaders of the Commission at the Community and Social Development Agency (CSDA) Hall, in Jos, the capital of the state today.  THE GROUP PICTURE The women in attendance were the wives of the Chief of Staff to the Plateau State Governor, Barr.
