JOS-NORTH LGC: WITH JUST 69 DAYS IN OFFICE, BARR. J. K. CHRIS, COMMISSIONS A REMODELED LEGISLATIVE CHAMBER

Barr. John K. Chris, the Executive Chairman of Jos-North Local Government (LGC) of Plateau State has commissioned a remodeled Legislative Chamber in the Council.
The Legislative Chamber that was commissioned by Hon. Gabriel K. Dewan, the Speaker of the Plateau State House of Assembly, was witnessed by a huge crowd who later expressed shock over the developmental stride of the Chairman.
The Speaker, Hon. Dewan who took time to praise Barr. Chris for the achievement, also took time to charge the Councilors to use the Chamber for the good of the people, while advising them to keep their party differences aside while they are in the chamber.
However, in his earlier remarks, Barr. Chris, thanked God and the Executive Governor of Plateau State, among others for making the remodeling possible.
He said, “In conclusion, I thank the Almighty God for bringing us thus far, and our sincere gratitude to His Excellency Barr. Caleb Mutfwang, the Executive Governor of Plateau State, the Speaker Plateau State House of Assembly, for coming to commission the Jos North Legislative Chamber, and also to the Legislative Council, Directors and Staff of the local government council, traditional rulers, elders and leaders of Jos North Local Government Area, development partners, friends, and all citizens of Jos North for your unwavering support. Let us remain united in our pursuit of progress and prosperity.
“May God bless Jos North Local Government Area, Plateau State, and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

There were several goodwill messages from dignitaries who congratulated the Chairman for the feats so far achieved.
